Privacy notice
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This notice explains how the PsiQ project team uses information collected through our early access landing page. It covers the signup list, rather than the future PsiQ app.
Who to contact
The PsiQ project team is responsible for this signup list. For privacy questions or requests, contact alexander@extra-ordinaries.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address, the date of your signup, and a record of the signup notice you agreed to. If you choose to tell us, we also collect the psi abilities you are interested in training. Your email is required to join the list. Interests are optional.
Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, and technical logs to deliver and protect this website. Our application uses a temporary, securely hashed network identifier to limit automated signup attempts. We do not store your raw IP address in the subscriber list.
How we use your information
We use your email to send PsiQ launch updates and early access invitations. We use optional interests to understand what the community would like to explore and to help plan the app. We use security information to prevent abuse. We do not sell your information or use this list for unrelated advertising.
Joining the list gives us your consent to send the updates described above. Where applicable data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on consent for these emails and optional interests, and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website for essential security processing.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure and database storage. These providers process information to operate the website. Access to the subscriber list is restricted to the project administrator. We may disclose information if required by law.
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Authentication services may use essential cookies if you visit the private administrator area.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Their contractual and security arrangements govern that processing. You can contact us for information about the providers and any applicable transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
Signups expire 730 days after they are received. Expired entries are excluded from the active list and deleted during the next signup or administrator request. Temporary abuse prevention records expire within 20 minutes and are removed during routine requests. Hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups under their own retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link provided after signup or in an update email, or by contacting us. The unsubscribe action removes your email and interests from our active database.
Depending on the law where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to the use of your information. You can withdraw consent to updates and optional interests. Contact us to make a request. We may need to confirm that the email address belongs to you before sharing or changing a record. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This signup page is intended for people who can consent to receiving these updates under the rules where they live. If you need a parent or guardian’s permission, please involve them before signing up. If we learn that information was submitted without required permission, we will remove it.
Other websites and changes
The introduction video opens on Google Drive, which has its own privacy practices. We may update this notice as the project develops. Material changes to how we use the signup list will be explained before we introduce them. The future PsiQ app will have its own privacy information.
